Internet is required for Tesla. For Rivian, an internet connection is not required.

No, a media converter is not required. LOKI Pro is fully compatible with Tesla vehicles based on AMD without additional devices.
LOKI Pro is a hardware device (diagnostic tool). To start working, you need to purchase and activate software for the required brand - Tesla or Rivian.
