LOKI PRO TESLA PACKAGE

LOKI PRO Tesla Package, version 1.0.9 is a dedicated diagnostic module for the LOKI PRO scanner, engineered for full-depth diagnostics, servicing, accident recovery, and configuration of Tesla electric vehicles via a single connection to the car's CAN and Ethernet networks.

Connectivity & Hardware

• USB Connection — the module connects to your PC via USB for maximum connection stability, freeing up your PC's Wi-Fi for internet access
• Dual BASE1000-T1 Interfaces — built-in CAN, CAN-FD, and Ethernet ports eliminate the need for external media converters, custom wiring, or cable adapters
• Full-Bus Data Access — new hardware architecture reads data from all relevant CAN buses simultaneously for deeper fault diagnosis

Diagnostics

• Basic Info — instantly pulls VIN, vehicle type, firmware version, and MCU certificate validity (required for mobile app connectivity and OTA updates)
• Live Data (CAN) — streams roughly 10,000 live signals across every vehicle system, with filtering by name/module, real-time graphing, and savable presets. Use it to check HV isolation resistance, steering rack/column angles, current/voltage across all modules, and more
• Alerts (CAN) — reads and decodes fault codes directly over CAN, ideal for diagnosing vehicles without Service Mode or Online Functions access
• Online Tasks — a full equivalent to Toolbox 3, running ~600 diagnostic tasks over LAN: fault reading, calibrations, adaptations, and post-replacement software reinstallation, all with filterable search and clean, structured output

Accident & Crash Recovery

• Clears crash records on airbag modules (SDM, RCM, RCM2*), the TAS suspension module, and VCFRONT (error A192), restoring functionality after a collision
• Includes airbag module re-pairing: calibration, VIN writing, and safety-system-type configuration
• RCM2 part number 1512876-00-E requires an upcoming dedicated cable (not yet supported)

High-Voltage Battery (HVB) Analysis

• Brick Voltage Analysis — evaluates voltage spread and wear, with live monitoring under load
• Brick Capacity Analysis — estimates remaining capacity per brick to identify worn modules
• Brick SOC Analysis — supports deeper diagnosis of pack imbalance
• Module Production Data — auto-detects battery type, visualizes it as individual modules with bar charts, and shows manufacturing dates and usage history — with PDF report export

Service Procedures

• VIN rewriting on control modules (VCSEC, BDY, ESP, RCM) when transferring components between vehicles
• Coolant and A/C system purge/bleed routines for post-service refills
• Component calibrations: steering rack, HV battery CAC/SOC, charge port, IMU sensors, windows, steering column, seat position
• Service fault resets: HVB flood alert, VSH fault, isolation faults, motor overtorque/gate-driver counters, and legacy service alerts on Tegra/Intel S/X packs

Additional Functions

• CAN-based Service Mode activation
• Ethernet port unlock on Model 3/Y Intel and Model S/X AMD
• Remote hood/trunk/glovebox opening over CAN

Vehicle Configuration

• Standard Configuration — edit ~100 documented gateway parameters (navigation region, headlight type, fog lights, tow hitch, and more) when the Ethernet port is unlocked or MCU is in recovery mode
• Online Standard Configuration — same editing power without unlocking the port, plus configuration support when replacing the battery or motor with a different type

Vehicle Updater

• Installs official firmware update files and runs the redeploy procedure required after replacing control modules

PDF Reporting

• Generate branded PDF reports on vehicle and battery condition, customizable with your company details — useful for dealers, buyers, and service records
