Most of these are minor accidents, but the safety airbags are triggered, leaving errors in the memory. Removing crash data from SDM, RCM, RCM 2 blocks, or the pneumatic suspension is also possible with the help of Loki.

Additionally, there are cases where errors need to be cleared after addressing the causes that triggered them (referring to errors related to the Battery Management System (BMS) block). It is important to note that error codes for Tesla are unique and do not coincide with those of other car brands. Loki has its own error code library, capable of assisting in any diagnostic work.

Despite other indicators such as maximum speed and acceleration to 100 km/h, the driving range remains a crucial characteristic for an electric car. To enhance it, electric car owners, including Tesla owners, resort to various tricks, including replacing the battery with a higher capacity one. This makes sense if the car originally had a small capacity High Voltage Battery (HVB), the replacement of which was included in the price (for example, a cheap model with a 60 kWh battery). However, when the car has a battery that is not the maximum but also not the minimum, and has lost capacity over time, there is no need to rush into the expensive operation of replacement.

The first step is to diagnose the traction battery. There are several ways to check its condition using makeshift methods (some do not involve using any tools other than the speedometer), but the most reliable, accurate, and informative method is to use the Loki scanner again. With this device, a Tesla owner can perform diagnostics independently. Additionally, Loki can remove software restrictions on the battery, leading to an increase in the range on a single charge.

The most comprehensive access to Tesla functionality

In conclusion, as you may have already understood, the maximum access to all the capabilities of a Tesla electric car can be obtained through the Loki scanner. Unfortunately, the device is not all-powerful; there are some things it cannot do, namely:● It cannot roll back the mileage (this is the manufacturer's policy).● It cannot downgrade the firmware.However, its capabilities surpass even those of the factory Tesla software – Toolbox.
